The Must-Haves

• Experience: Candidates must possess at least 6 months of leadership experience, demonstrated through roles such as leading academic projects, participating in volunteer or philanthropic initiatives, serving in athletics or extracurricular activities, managing capstone projects or research, acting as a shift supervisor, or completing leadership-focused coursework.
