What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn departmental operations: Observe and understand how various departments function by shadowing managers and team members during rotations.
• Contribute to daily tasks: Assist teams with day-to-day responsibilities and participate in functional projects across departments.
• Analyze data and report: Track key departmental metrics such as sales, costs, and customer satisfaction, and help prepare reports using AI tools.
• Propose improvements: Identify and share ideas for how AI or process changes could enhance team productivity and operational efficiency.
• Complete a capstone project: Develop and present a comprehensive project to company leadership, demonstrating accumulated knowledge and skills.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Entry-Level career.
• Experience: Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot, demonstrating a clear sense of their application to real business problems.
• Skills: Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and basic data analysis.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or management is a plus; willingness to rotate across Design, Sales, Production, Marketing, Finance, and Store Operations.
