Job Description

This is a remote, part-time (20 hours/week), six-month internship within Experian’s Global Center of Excellence in Leadership Development and Learning. You’ll report directly to the Global Head of Learning and Leadership Development, contributing to projects that shape the future of leadership at Experian.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the Leadership Development strategy through research and presentation preparation.
• Support Leadership Development platforms and build learning programs like the CEO Forum and the Product Management Academy through research, feedback sessions, and evaluation planning.
• Develop content and communications to boost leader engagement.
• Track usage metrics and promote global adoption of leadership tools.
• Participate in work analyzing the value of learning and leadership on business metrics.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree or higher in Instructional Design, I/O Psychology, Organization Development, or other relevant degree.
• Previous experience in Instructional Design, organization development or an interest in leadership development.
• Moderate to advanced experience with Excel, including creation of VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
• Proficiency in psychometric statistics, including some level of experience with data modeling, factor analysis, regression techniques, and interpreting complex assessment data to inform talent strategies.
