What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategy Development: Define and implement sales strategies for products such as structured deposits, FX-linked investments, and fixed-income notes.
• Team Leadership: Manage and coach Wealth Sales specialists who support Relationship Managers in their client engagements.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with product, trading, and marketing teams on campaigns and pricing initiatives.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to suitability, product-governance, and conduct-risk requirements in all sales activities.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance, client satisfaction, and portfolio outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum qualification: Bachelor Degree. Career level: Director. Education in Finance, Business, or a related field, coupled with a deep understanding of structured and investment products for retail and wealth clients.
• Experience: 12+ years’ experience in wealth or investment product sales.
• Skills: Strong leadership and coaching skills, robust sales strategy development capabilities, and comprehensive investment product knowledge.
