The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Celonis, located in Munich, Germany, with up to 50% travel required. Celonis leads in Process Intelligence, pioneering Process Mining technology and leveraging advanced AI, particularly the Process Intelligence Graph, to transform business operations. This role is crucial as you serve as the backbone of Celonis’s delivery, directly implementing AI-augmented solutions to help enterprise customers achieve measurable, business-critical outcomes quickly and efficiently. You will apply your judgment and expertise to direct AI agents and ensure solutions drive real impact for customers.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Initiation & Planning: Conduct business discovery workshops to translate customer strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases, defining project scope, data requirements, and success criteria.
• AI-Augmented Building: Direct AI deployment agents (Apollo) to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards, writing clear specifications and validating agent outputs.
• Solution Configuration: Build and configure Celonis solutions across the platform, including the Process Intelligence Graph, data transformations, process analysis, operational solutions, and AI-powered insights.
• Value Delivery & Measurement: Lead value creation workshops, define KPIs, and build operational solutions to drive value, adoption, and quantify business impact for customers.
• Domain Expertise: Develop and maintain deep expertise in specific process domains (e.g., Supply Chain, Order to Cash) or industry verticals, translating this knowledge into scalable solution patterns and best practices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field. This is a senior-level role requiring deep expertise in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement within software vendors, consulting firms, or system integrators.
• Experience: 7+ years minimum in relevant consulting or process improvement roles. Proven ability to build and configure solutions on the Celonis platform, including data modeling, process analysis, and KPI definition.
• Skills: Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python. Demonstrated AI fluency, including the ability to write clear specifications, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and iterate effectively. Strong consulting skills to steer customer workshops, manage stakeholder expectations, and present findings to management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with a value-driven orientation. Fluent in English and German.
• Bonus: Experience with prompt engineering or context engineering. Knowledge of standard ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and process areas (Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable).
