• Mission: This person maintains the professional appearance and health of customer lawns by diagnosing and treating turf grass issues.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Diagnosis & Treatment: Diagnose and treat turf grass issues like insects, disease, weeds, and cultural problems associated with the normal cycle of turf.
• Service Operations: Operate daily lawn care services efficiently, following scheduled routes and ensuring timely arrivals at each customer location.
• Product Application: Apply appropriate lawn care products while strictly adhering to safety procedures and label instructions.
• Customer Engagement: Cultivate positive customer relationships through friendly, helpful, and courteous behavior during service visits, responding to requests promptly.
• Professional Development: Engage in continuous, paid training to become knowledgeable in the array of available products and services offered.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or GED. This is an early career role focused on the practical application of lawn care maintenance and treatment.
• Experience: No specific prior years of experience required. Must possess a valid driver’s license from their state of residence and demonstrate the ability to operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment.
• Skills: Demonstrated attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, excellent organization and time management abilities, and comfort with self-directed working conditions after a training period.
• Bonus: Customer-facing experience is preferred. Availability to work Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed.
