What You’ll Actually Do
• [Client Engagement]: Actively participate in forward-facing client interactions, providing direct support and gaining exposure to the diverse legal needs and cases handled by the firm’s robust national and local practice groups.
• [Hearing Support]: Gain invaluable practical experience by assisting attorneys and eventually handling appearances at various legal hearings, contributing to the progression of cases and understanding court procedures.
• [Deposition Management]: Develop essential litigation skills through direct involvement and hands-on experience in preparing for and handling depositions, observing and supporting senior attorneys in the critical discovery processes.
• [Trial Exposure]: Acquire firsthand experience with the complexities of the trial process by supporting attorneys and gaining experience handling appearances at trials, understanding trial strategy and courtroom dynamics.
