About the Internship Program

Our dynamic and growing company is actively seeking enthusiastic college students and recent college graduates to join our comprehensive Internship Program. The Yellowstone Landscape Internship Program is meticulously designed to provide participants with an extensive array of practical experiences within the diverse landscape industry. This is a full-time, paid position, and we are committed to accommodating interns at most of our branch locations nationwide, offering flexibility and broad exposure.

  • Tailored Rotating Schedule: A clear rotating schedule and specific learning objectives are defined before your internship commences. This collaborative process allows the Branch Manager, your dedicated Intern Mentor, and yourself to develop a program that perfectly balances your individual interests with the operational needs of the branch.
  • Dedicated Mentorship: You will be paired with an experienced Account Manager who will serve as your primary supervisor and official Intern Mentor. This mentor will be your go-to resource for questions, concerns, and guidance throughout your program.
  • Leadership Development: Your Mentor will openly share their management philosophy, actively helping you to reflect on and develop your own unique management style.
  • Continuous Feedback: Mentors are committed to providing consistent and constructive feedback, ensuring your continuous learning and improvement throughout the entire internship duration.
