Our Internship Program:

We are actively seeking talented college students and recent college graduates to join our dynamic Internship Program. This program is meticulously designed to immerse participants in a wide array of experiences within the diverse landscape industry. Interns will gain invaluable exposure to critical areas including:

Key Responsibilities & Program Structure:

Our internship program is thoughtfully designed with your professional growth at its core. You will be exposed to a comprehensive range of different aspects of the landscape industry through a structured and personalized approach:

• Customized Learning Path: A rotating schedule and clearly defined learning objectives are established before your internship commences. This collaborative process involves the Branch Manager, your dedicated Intern Mentor, and yourself, ensuring the program is tailored to best suit your individual interests while aligning with the operational needs of the branch.
• Dedicated Mentorship: You will be paired with an experienced Account Manager who will serve as your primary Mentor and supervisor. This Mentor will be your go-to resource for questions, concerns, and guidance. They are committed to sharing their proven management philosophy and actively assisting you in developing your unique management style. Expect ongoing, constructive feedback throughout your entire program.
• Holistic Industry Exposure: Beyond direct responsibilities, the program ensures you gain practical experience in key operational areas, reinforcing your theoretical knowledge with real-world application.
• Enhanced Professional Development: We prioritize your long-term career success. The program incorporates outside activities and networking opportunities to broaden your exposure to the horticultural environment. Requirements:

We are looking for motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a major in:
