Program Overview

Our growing company is actively seeking college students and recent college graduates to join our comprehensive Internship Program. This is a full-time, paid position designed to provide interns with a wide array of experiences within the dynamic landscape industry. We are capable of accommodating interns at most of our branch locations across the country.

Program Structure & Responsibilities

This program has been thoughtfully designed with your development in mind. You will be exposed to various aspects of the landscape industry through a structured approach:

• Customized Learning Path: A rotating schedule and clear learning objectives are defined prior to your start, allowing the Branch Manager, Intern Mentor, and you to collaboratively develop a program that best suits your interests and the specific needs of the branch.
• Dedicated Mentorship: You will be paired with an Account Manager who will serve as your primary supervisor and Mentor. Your Mentor will be a constant resource for questions and concerns, sharing their management philosophy and guiding you in developing your own unique management style. They are committed to providing continuous feedback throughout the program.
• Professional Development: We emphasize professional growth through various avenues, including outside activities and networking opportunities to enhance your exposure to the horticultural environment. Additionally, we host a speaker’s forum covering topics relevant to the company and your professional advancement.

Requirements

We are looking for motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Academic Background: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a major in:
  • Plant Science
  • Horticultural Sciences
  • Agriculture
  • Landscape Management
  • Urban Forestry
  • Agricultural Mechanization
  • Construction
  • Design or Architecture

• Eagerness to Learn: A strong interest in learning all aspects of the landscape industry.
• Attitude & Work Ethic: Possessing a can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Driving Record: A clean driving record is essential.
• Communication: Demonstrates strong communication skills.

Compensation

We understand the financial considerations for college students. Therefore, we offer a competitive hourly wage and a monthly housing stipend for eligible students, acknowledging the importance of saving money during your academic journey.
