Kaizen Summer Sales Intern

Key Responsibilities
- Outside Sales & Client Engagement: Engage in outside sales activities by identifying potential clients and building strong relationships through cold calling and direct outreach.
- Territory Management: Assist in managing territory sales by analyzing market trends and developing strategies to expand the customer base.
- Service Demonstrations: Conduct service demos to showcase features and benefits, upselling solutions that effectively meet client needs.
- Lead Generation & Tracking: Support lead generation efforts using CRM software to track prospects and manage follow-up activities.
- Business Development Collaboration: Collaborate with management on business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and improve sales processes.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Team & Self-Competition: Participate in a sports-like atmosphere, competing against yourself and teammates to achieve goals.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a business, marketing, or related program with a strong interest in sales, marketing, or management.
- Sales Enthusiasm: Demonstrated enthusiasm for outside sales, B2B transactions, and a solid understanding of sales cycles.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM software.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analysis skills to interpret conversations and understand the best path to guide clients.
- Efficiency & Detail: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prior Experience (Plus): Prior experience in retail sales, cold calling, or account management is a plus, but not required.
