As a Junior Work Planner, you will be a central point of contact, ensuring the smooth execution of critical repairs, modifications, and field service activities for industrial valves and actuators, directly contributing to customer success and operational efficiency.

The TL;DR

• Team: Works with an experienced international team within a QRC (Quick Response Center).
• Mission: To ensure smooth, professional execution of repairs, modifications, and field service activities for valves and actuators.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, particularly within the (petro)chemical industry.
• Process: Oversee the Disassemble, Clean, Inspect & Quote (DCIQ) process for all received valves, ensuring thorough assessment.
• Analyze: Identify and determine necessary spare parts and replacement components required for overhaul, modification, and price analysis.
• Develop: Translate detailed damage assessments and specific customer needs into clear, complete repair proposals and formal quotations.
• Manage: Maintain active contact with external suppliers, coordinate lead times, and diligently follow up on outsourced repair activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career, with a completed Technician Engineering Level 4 or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience or a relevant internship in an operational role.
• Skills: Knowledge of or affinity with valve and actuator technology and industrial maintenance, strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, and a hands-on mentality.
