Junior Work Planner Service & Repair

Your Role

In this versatile role, you are at the heart of the operation. You will:

  • Be the point of contact for internal and external customers, primarily from the (petro)chemical industry in the Benelux and Europe.
  • Oversee the DCIQ process (Disassemble, Clean, Inspect & Quote) for all valves we receive.
  • Identify necessary spare parts and replacement parts for overhaul, modification, and price analysis.
  • Collect and analyze technical data of valves, shut-off valves, and actuators (such as bill of materials, drawings, and manuals).
  • Translate damage assessments and customer needs into a clear and complete repair proposal, elaborated into a quotation.
  • Maintain contact with external suppliers, coordinate lead times, and follow up on outsourced repairs.
  • Manage the entire quotation process and ensure a smooth handover to order processing and the workshop.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is technically and organizationally strong. You have:

  • A completed Technician Engineering Level 4 or a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 0-2 years of experience or a relevant internship in an operational role.
  • Knowledge of or affinity with valve and actuator technology and industrial maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • A hands-on mentality and proactively address issues.

  • In addition to a market-conform salary, you will receive 8% holiday pay and a 5% year-end bonus.
  • You will have 40 days off with a full-time contract (27 vacation days + 13 ATV days).
