• Mission: To assess the creditworthiness of commercial loan applications, ensuring adherence to guidelines and supporting members’ financial well-being.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Risk Assessment: Use multiple sources of information, including credit scores and financial statements, to assign risk ratings to loans.
• Financial Analysis: Complete comprehensive analysis of applicants’ financial status, and in some situations, provide approval for loans.
• Credit Analysis: Collect, review, and analyze moderate data to prepare detailed credit analyses that evaluate commercial loan applications.
• Decision Making: Make recommendations and decisions within established internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and set timeframes.
• Operational Oversight: Assure efficient operation and adherence to security, audit, and control procedures.
The Must-Haves
• Background: General and business knowledge equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: 0-1 years of related experience.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and familiarity with PCs and applicable software.
• Bonus: Knowledge of loan products, banking, and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
