Junior UI Developer | Braun Management

This is a Junior UI Developer role at Braun Management, a firm dedicated to assisting executive teams in solving complex organizational problems. What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Develop and maintain responsive front-end components using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript.
• Build: Build clean, interactive charts and layout structures that make complex organizational data easy for corporate executives to read.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with our consultants to turn structural analysis and spreadsheet models into intuitive visual dashboards.
• Ensure Quality: Write clean, well-documented code that adheres to strict design guidelines and accessibility standards, and participate in code reviews to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance across different web browsers.
• Refine: Help troubleshoot front-end issues and refine existing templates based on feedback from client-facing teams, while also documenting developer workflows and UI component libraries to support future technical updates.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a solid foundational understanding of front-end web development.
• Experience: Basic familiarity with Git or version control systems for collaborative code management.
• Skills: Foundational front-end web development (HTML, CSS, vanilla JavaScript, modern frameworks), clean layout composition and visual hierarchy, methodical written communication.
• Bonus: A genuine curiosity about how complex business systems work and how data can be organized visually; the ability to work independently on remote days and collaborate productively during group sessions; an organized approach to managing tasks and meeting project deadlines.
