Internship – Junior Transformation Consultant | ZC
The Tone:
This is an internship at ZC, a transformation consulting firm that helps large and mid-sized companies with their digital and technological transformation programs. ZC supports companies in fostering disruptive projects, regaining agility and competitiveness, and addressing employee aspirations while preserving their DNA. This role is vital for supporting client transformation journeys and actively contributing to the firm’s development and growth.

• Mission: Support clients in their transformation journeys to foster disruptive projects and contribute actively to ZC’s development and growth.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Program Steering: Steer strategic transformation programs for clients across various sectors.
• Client Model Redefinition: Redefine organizational models and digitalize processes and customer journeys for clients.
• Client Operations Transformation: Transform client operations and identify strategic partnerships to enhance their growth.
• ZC Partnership Development: Develop strategic partnerships and enhance ZC’s visibility and attractiveness in the market.
• ZC Offer Creation: Create new consulting offers and contribute to ZC’s business development and internal team and process development.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Final year of an Engineering or Business School. Entry-Level career stage.
• Experience: No specific years required; demonstrated interest in strategic business transformation, technology, and digitalization.
• Skills: Strong analytical and synthesis skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, comfortable with English (written and spoken) and working with numbers. Curious, autonomous, agile, strong team player, and possessing an entrepreneurial mindset.
