Junior Staff Accountant | Addition Management

What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Operations: Record journal entries, prepare account reconciliations, and back up Accounts Payable and Secondary Market functions.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in month-end closing, financial reporting, and variance analysis, supporting the preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Asset Management: Maintain the bank’s fixed asset accounting, including recording acquisitions and depreciation, and preparing quarterly CAPEX reports.
• Lease & Tenant Management: Maintain the Company’s lease accounting, manage bank tenants’ lease contracts, prepare monthly invoices, and track payments.
• Compliance & Tax: Prepare assigned quarterly Call Report schedules, annual real estate tax protest processes, and monthly Sales Tax and quarterly commercial rent tax returns.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field, with knowledge of financial accounting principles and concepts.
• Experience: Entry-level professional capable of managing and performing multiple tasks to completion while meeting deadlines.
• Skills: Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with the ability to perform data mining, analysis, and reporting.
