What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Process: Process cash, accounts payable, and accounts receivable transactions.
• Support: Support the preparation of monthly financial statements.
• Maintain: Maintain accurate records for fixed assets, prepaids, and intercompany transactions.
• Assist: Assist with special projects and ad hoc analyses.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; early career professional with foundational knowledge in corporate accounting principles.
• Experience: 0–2 years of corporate accounting experience.
• Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Bonus: CPA eligibility preferred; experience with ERP or other accounting systems is a plus.
