Junior Sales Executive
This dynamic Junior Sales Executive role is centered on acquiring and overseeing new business accounts within the vibrant greater Los Angeles area. You will be instrumental in expanding our client’s reach and impact within the B2B sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent well-known B2B brands with professionalism and expertise.
- Effectively pitch and collaborate with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of new business account acquisition and ongoing account management.
- Manage and facilitate seamless communication between the client and their target market.
- Drive the sales cycle from initiation to close through compelling one-on-one sales presentations.
- Implement strategic territory management and maintain strong organizational practices.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) diligently and strive for continuous weekly improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred.
- 0 – 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated leadership potential.
- Exceptional work ethic and self-discipline.
