The Opportunity: Junior Sales Associate
AQS, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, on-site role based within the vibrant Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As a Junior Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and nurturing client relationships, contributing directly to the growth and success of AQS.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Client Relationship Management: Engaging actively with prospective and existing clients to build, cultivate, and maintain strong, lasting relationships that foster trust and collaboration.
- Sales Strategy Contribution: Collaborating with the sales team to develop and refine effective sales strategies and initiatives tailored to market opportunities.
- Business Development: Proactively identifying and exploring new business opportunities within our target industries, generating leads, and supporting the sales pipeline.
- Market & Customer Research: Conducting thorough market research and analysis to deeply understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends, informing sales approaches.
- Proposal Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of compelling sales proposals, presentations, and other client-facing documents to articulate AQS’s value proposition.
- Record Keeping & Administration: Meticulously maintaining accurate client records within CRM systems and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily sales operations.
- Team Support: Offering comprehensive support to the senior sales team in various daily tasks, contributing to a collaborative and efficient sales environment.

- Strong Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate client records, and effectively support sales operations.
- Analytical & Research Abilities: Capability to analyze market trends, interpret data, and conduct research to gain insights into customer preferences and competitive landscapes.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential for daily tasks and presentations.
- Previous experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a significant advantage.
- On-Site Availability: The ability to reliably work on-site in our Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex location.
- Educational Background: A degree or background in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant Experience: Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is an added advantage, demonstrating a client-centric mindset.
