Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Risk Management Consultant to join our team, dedicated to helping clients identify, evaluate, and mitigate complex financial, operational, and IT risks. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology, analytical thinking, and contributing to robust control environments within diverse business settings. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and resilience of our clients’ operations.

Key Requirements:

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, Business, or a related discipline. Optional minors in Finance, Economics, Business, or other related areas are a significant plus.
• Passion & Drive: A genuine passion for technology and an ardent desire to work in risk management, understanding its critical role in modern business.
• Analytical Prowess: Demonstrated ability to analyze complicated financial, operational, and IT processes to proactively identify potential risks, thoroughly evaluate existing controls designed to manage these risks, and pinpoint any underlying weaknesses or areas for improvement.
• Security & Citizenship: U.S. citizenship is required. Candidates must also possess the ability to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher within a specified timeframe, as dictated by engagement requirements.
• Logistics & Travel: Access to reliable transportation to and from the office and client sites is essential. A driver’s license is strongly recommended, as ride-share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations. The willingness and ability to travel extensively and work beyond standard hours when necessary, with potential travel required beyond your primary work location based on client and project needs.
