Job Description

Junior Research Analyst | Braun Management

Our firm partners with executive teams across German-speaking Europe, solving complex organizational problems that have become too internal for them to fix independently. We focus on uncovering structural truths, addressing hidden friction, and helping leaders implement clear, evidence-backed conclusions rather than generic corporate advice. • Data Management: Help maintain and organize project databases, ensuring all collected evidence is cataloged with absolute precision.
• Collaboration: Coordinate closely with senior associates to prepare reports for client leadership teams and works councils.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level career, with a genuine interest in corporate governance, restructuring, or organizational structure.
• Experience: Basic familiarity with standard office software and direct research methods.
• Skills: High attention to detail and a methodical approach to analyzing complex business systems; clear, written communication style with a focus on objectivity, logic, and concrete details; strong organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse documents and facts without losing details.
