This Junior Recruiter role plays a pivotal part in supporting our recruitment team by identifying, engaging, and securing top Talent Managers and creator industry professionals, thereby directly contributing to our ambitious growth and our mission to shape the future of digital marketing spend.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Candidate Sourcing: Source and identify potential candidates across professional platforms, job boards, social media channels, and industry communities.
• Candidate Engagement: Screen applications and conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates, initiating communication and assessing basic fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and manage all communication logistics between candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity.
• Recruitment Strategy Support: Support the recruitment team with candidate research, talent mapping, and pipeline management, including contributing to process improvements and hiring strategy discussions.

• Experience: No specific prior professional experience is explicitly required, though a strong eagerness to learn and contribute within the talent acquisition field is essential.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities with comfort managing multiple tasks, proactive and resourceful nature, keen attention to detail, and proven administrative skills. The ability to work independently in a remote environment and enjoy building relationships is also key.
• Bonus: Prior experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, marketing, or community building; familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or other sourcing platforms.
