What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide comprehensive support to attorneys across all phases of patent litigation matters, encompassing detailed tasks related to discovery processes and meticulous trial preparation.
• Manage: Actively assist with the management, organization, and systematic review of case documents, ensuring all materials are properly cataloged and accessible.
• Coordinate: Take responsibility for coordinating various case logistics, preparing and processing necessary filings, and meticulously tracking critical deadlines to maintain case momentum.
• Provide: Deliver general litigation support to attorneys and their respective case teams, addressing a range of needs to facilitate efficient legal proceedings.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level, demonstrated by junior-level paralegal experience.
• Experience: Prior junior-level paralegal experience is required, with additional experience in litigation or intellectual property being a distinct advantage but not a strict prerequisite.
• Skills: Possess strong organizational capabilities and exceptional attention to detail to manage complex legal information. Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple competing deadlines within a demanding professional environment. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, crucial for clear and concise interactions with legal teams and external parties.
• Bonus: Previous practical experience specifically in litigation support or within the realm of intellectual property law.
