What You’ll Actually Do
• Staff Training: Onboard, train, and coach Mechanics and Fleet Support staff for efficient vehicle deployment and retrieval.
• Operational Efficiency: Identify and share best practices to improve warehouse efficiency and contribute to global standards.
• Warehouse Management: Support a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse, ensuring vehicles are operational to meet market demands.
• Performance Analysis: Assist leadership in tracking key performance indicators such as repairs per hour and operational efficiencies.
• Vehicle Readiness: Conduct and oversee vehicle maintenance, quality checks, and battery management for vehicle deployment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level operations professional with a safety-oriented mindset, focused on continuous improvement and addressing service quality challenges.
• Experience: 1 year in a professional setting, including exposure to operational processes and workforce management; experience safely operating a pallet jack or push cart. Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication in English; ability to interpret data for cost optimization and operational efficiency decisions; familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets; strong work ethic with an entrepreneurial mindset.
