What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Manage daily financial and operational processes.
• Analyze: Examine, reconcile, and verify financial data for accuracy.
• Assist: Facilitate transaction processing and operational workflows.
• Prepare: Generate reports and maintain precise financial records.
• Investigate: Resolve identified discrepancies within financial operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, qualifying for an entry-level position.
• Experience: 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience, including internships. Prior experience within banking, financial services, or investment banking is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving aptitude, excellent communication and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
