This is a year-long contract role at a reputable banking institution, located in Pennington, NJ, requiring full-time, fully onsite commitment. LHH is seeking a motivated Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join this organization, which plays a vital role in the financial sector. What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: You will assist extensively in the preparation of key financial reports, including forecasts and detailed variance analyses, providing foundational data insights.
• Planning and Budgeting: Your responsibilities will include supporting essential budgeting and comprehensive financial planning processes, contributing to the institution’s fiscal strategy.
• Data Analysis: You will analyze complex financial data to methodically identify underlying trends and pinpoint emerging opportunities for financial improvement or growth.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: You will actively collaborate with various cross-functional teams across the organization, providing financial insights and support to help drive sound business decisions.
• Financial Integrity: A core aspect of your role will be to ensure the utmost accuracy and integrity of all financial information processed and reported, upholding high standards of data quality.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: You will perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed, responding to specific requests and providing timely, targeted insights to various stakeholders.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field is a strict requirement for this entry-level position.
• Experience: This role is designed for early-career professionals, therefore no specific years of prior experience are mandated.
• Skills: Possessing strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, coupled with skills in financial modeling, is also required. Excellent communication skills are necessary for collaborating effectively, alongside strong organizational skills for managing tasks and information efficiently. The ability to function both independently and as a collaborative team member is also key.
