What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze financial data rigorously to identify key trends, variances, and underlying performance drivers.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Support critical budgeting and forecasting activities across various business units to aid future planning.
• Record Reconciliation: Reconcile financial statements and meticulously ensure the accuracy and integrity of all accounting records.
• Model Development: Develop and maintain sophisticated Excel-based financial models and interactive dashboards to visualize key data.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, coupled with a strong quantitative and analytical coursework background.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced use of formulas, pivot tables, and various data visualization tools for financial analysis. Possess the ability to interpret large and complex datasets, translating key findings into clear, structured reports for management review. Apply fundamental accounting principles and adhere to financial reporting standards in daily tasks. Understand and critically analyze core financial statements, specifically income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Bonus: Internship experience in finance, accounting, or data analysis. Exposure to financial systems or ERP platforms.
