What You’ll Actually Do
• Review Financial Statements: Review and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Prepare Variance Analyses: Prepare variance analyses to assist with reporting cycles.
• Identify Performance Trends: Identify performance trends for reporting cycles.
• Develop Pro Forma Models: Build and update pro forma financial models to support scenario planning.
• Maintain Compliance Models: Develop and update full three-statement models to ensure covenant compliance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of financial analysis experience, with an emphasis on reviewing financial statements.
• Skills: A solid grasp of financial analysis concepts, basic GAAP, and understanding the relationship between the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement.
