Junior Financial Analyst

Up to $65,000 + 10% Bonus

We’re partnering with a growing organization in Rutherford County, TN, to add a Junior Financial Analyst to their asset management team. This role provides hands-on experience with financial modeling, performance analysis, and compliance reporting across a dynamic investment portfolio. This is a fully onsite role, and candidates must be Tennessee residents.

What You’ll Be Doing as the Junior Financial Analyst

• Review and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements
• Assist with reporting cycles by preparing variance analyses and identifying performance trends
• Build and update pro forma financial models and full three-statement models to support scenario planning and ensure covenant compliance

Qualifications Of The Junior Financial Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• At least 2 years of financial analysis experience, with an emphasis on reviewing financial statements
• A solid grasp of financial analysis concepts, basic GAAP, and the relationship between the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statement
