What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting Schedules: Prepare various accounting schedules, including reserves for doubtful accounts, employee bonuses, depreciation, and amortization.
• Revenue Cycle Support: Assist with invoice preparation and accounts receivable collections to ensure timely revenue recognition.
• Finance Operations: Support recurring finance functions such as payroll processing, insurance management, financial filings, audit preparations, month-end close, and accounts payable.
• Financial Analysis: Prepare financial analyses under guidance to support strategic decision-making.
• Executive Administration: Provide administrative support to the CEO, COO, Financial Controller, and Head of Finance, handling sensitive information confidentially.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field, with basic knowledge of accounting principles and concepts.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in junior finance or accounting roles, specifically with QuickBooks Online.
• Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, an analytical and data-driven mindset, and proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Bonus: Experience with Ramp or other payroll platforms.
