- Inbound Client Engagement: Professionally manage inbound phone calls from companies expressing interest in the Paycom solution, serving as a primary point of contact and understanding initial client needs.
- Quote Generation & Database Management: Utilize our proprietary database to accurately create and issue quotes for qualified leads, honing your attention to detail and proficiency with business systems.
- Collaborative Sales Cycle Management: Work closely with your dedicated office sales manager, intern program manager, and a team of seasoned sales representatives. You will observe and contribute to the entire sales cycle, from initial contact through to deal closure, gaining a holistic view of the sales process.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Maintain diligent records of all prospecting activities, leads generated, meetings conducted, and daily tasks, ensuring organized data management and contributing to performance analysis.
