About the Job: Junior Business Analyst / Project Coordinator

Zantech, a dynamic Woman Owned Small Business, is seeking a talented Junior Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to contribute to the success of an upcoming Enterprise Business Transformation project. This is a Hybrid role based out of the Washington DC Metro area.

As a Junior Business Analyst / Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in:

• Cross-cutting PM support
• Document repository maintenance
• Meeting coordination

Summary of Responsibilities

The Junior Business Analyst / Project Coordinator will provide cost-effective coordination and analytical support to senior staff. Key responsibilities include:

• Schedule tracking
• Meeting coordination
• Deliverable formatting
• Basic analysis
• Data collection
• Maintaining a central document repository

This entry-level position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn the Federal grants management domain. The role aims to free senior staff for strategic work.

Required Experience or Knowledge of the Following Technologies/Functions

• 2-4 years business analysis or project coordination experience
• Project coordination (scheduling, tracking, documentation)
• Meeting facilitation, minutes, action item tracking
• Microsoft Office/SharePoint proficiency
• Data collection and basic analysis
• Document formatting and quality control
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Federal experience preferred but not required.

Preferred Education/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree

Required Security Clearance

• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret trust or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
