The firm is committed to providing comprehensive training and support, so prior estate planning experience is not a prerequisite.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: In-office position, 5 days per week

• Mission: To engage with prospective clients, educate them on estate planning, and support the strategic growth of the firm’s estate planning practice.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Workshop Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations at estate planning workshops and seminars, educating attendees on the critical importance of comprehensive estate planning.
• Client Consultations: Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients, actively listening to their concerns and discussing their basic estate planning needs and objectives.
• Client Relationship Building: Proactively build strong rapport and trusted relationships with individuals and families seeking expert estate planning services.
• Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure a smooth transition of new clients into the firm’s estate planning process.
• Practice Growth: Support the firm’s strategic efforts to grow its estate planning practice by identifying needs and contributing to new business opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Early career.
• Experience: Currently licensed or eligible to practice law in the state of New Jersey. No prior experience in estate planning is required for this role.
• Skills: Demonstrated strong public speaking and presentation abilities; a genuine interest in sales, client development, and relationship building; an outgoing, personable demeanor comfortable speaking in front of groups; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
