The company, a retailer, is seeking a Junior Staff Accountant to join its growing accounting team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and providing foundational accounting support in a stable, growth-minded environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Journal Entries: Assist with the preparation and processing of journal entries.
• Reconciliations: Support the team by performing account reconciliations.
• Tax Filings: Aid in the accurate preparation and submission of tax filings.
• General Ledger: Contribute to the maintenance and integrity of the general ledger.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree; Entry-Level. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience, including valuable internship experience.
• Skills: A basic understanding of debits and credits, strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and robust organizational skills.
