What You’ll Actually Do
• Journal Entries: Prepare and post journal entries with a high level of accuracy.
• Account Reconciliations: Perform account reconciliations, specifically including balance sheet accounts.
• Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end close and overall financial reporting.
• System Support: Support accounting operations across multiple systems during system transitions.
• Payroll Processing: Manage and execute payroll processing responsibilities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early-Career. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is preferred, coupled with a strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles.
• Experience: 1 – 3+ years of accounting experience, including proficiency in payroll processing.
• Skills: Strong understanding of journal entries, account reconciliations, proficiency in accounting software, and Microsoft Excel.
• Bonus: Prior exposure to Paylocity is preferred.
