This paid JUMPSTART Internship Program is designed to expose interns to various facets of the financial services industry, including:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The intern’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting with content development for new business marketing campaigns across various media (online, print, website, social) and branded collateral.
- Working with field sales consultants and subject matter experts to support meetings, events, and webinars designed to educate and engage clients and prospects.
- Assisting field consultants with communication strategy conversations and assessing insurance needs for clients’ employees.
- Shadowing and assisting producers, consultants, and account managers in their daily tasks, including providing strategic workforce solutions to clients.
- Learning about the OneDigital corporate brand and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements
- Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication to a variety of audiences, both written and orally.
- Ability to work independently to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Education, Training and Experience
- A rising Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
Compensation and Benefits
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $19 per hour. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on individual and/or company performance.
