What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop specific projects aimed at improving efficiency and functionality within the distribution center.
• Implement these assigned projects throughout the duration of the internship to achieve tangible outcomes.
• Gain valuable knowledge and skills in both the technical and managerial aspects of distribution center operations.
• Apply this developing knowledge to address practical supply chain challenges in real-world scenarios.
• Develop practical, hands-on operational skills through the direct use of the latest industry technologies.
• Translate creative ideas and theoretical concepts into practical applications and functional solutions within the distribution center.
• Effectively manage multiple ongoing projects, navigating different stages of development and diverse requirements concurrently.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a business-related field. This role is an entry-level internship/co-op position.
• Experience: Previous internship or co-op experience, ideally within a Supply Chain environment.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); strong written and oral communication skills; ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team; demonstrated leadership through academic or extracurricular activities; ability to manage multiple projects at different stages with varying requirements; knowledge in business intelligence, programming, Excel Macros, and VBA; working knowledge of 5S/Lean principles.
