About Company and Job Description:
Year Up United is a one-year or less, intensive job training program designed to equip young adults with the skills, experience, and support needed to launch successful careers.
Key Features:
• Intensive Training: The program combines in-classroom skill development with access to internships and/or job placement services.
• Comprehensive Support: Participants receive personalized coaching and mentorship throughout the program.
• Financial Assistance: Year Up United participants receive an educational stipend.
• Industry Partnerships: Access to internships and job placement support is facilitated through YUPRO Placement, Year Up’s talent placement firm. Potential internship locations include Microsoft, Accenture, Salesforce, and Seattle Children’s Hospital, among other leading organizations in the Seattle/Bellevue area.
Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for Year Up United, applicants must:
• Be a high school graduate or GED recipient.
• Be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Be available Monday-Friday throughout the duration of the program.
• Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• Not have obtained a Bachelor’s degree.
• Be prepared to answer additional screening questions.

Outcomes:
• 75% of Year Up United graduates are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within 4 months of graduation.
• Employed graduates earn an average starting salary of fifty-three thousand dollars per year.
