Job Description:

Janitorial associates are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and associates at the Walmart store. The role ensures that customers have a positive first and last impression of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the store, including the parking lot, restrooms, sales floor, and receiving area.
• Ensuring a safe environment by addressing spills, hazards, and other potential risks.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Wage: $16 – $29 per hour (actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the job location)
• Additional Compensation:
• Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable.
• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Available Shifts: Overnight
