Compensation & Employment Details

  • Hourly Wage: $17 – $30 per hour
  • The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
  • Additional Compensation:
    • Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
    • Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
  • Employment Type: Part-Time
  • Available Shifts: Overnight

Job Responsibilities

As a Janitorial Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store’s appearance and safety. Your responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring customers have a great first and last impression of our stores through meticulous cleanliness.
  • Looking after the cleanliness of the entire store environment, from the parking lot to restrooms and the receiving area.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all customers and associates.
