Additional Compensation

Job Responsibilities

Janitorial Associates play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the Walmart Supercenter. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring a great first and last impression for customers.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment across all areas of the store, including:
  • Parking lot
  • Restrooms
  • Sales floor
  • Receiving area
  • Other designated areas
• Performing various cleaning tasks as required to uphold hygiene standards.
