Hourly Wage & Compensation:

• Hourly Wage: $14 – $27 per hour.
• The actual hourly rate will always meet or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional Compensation:
  • Performance Incentives: Annual or quarterly performance incentives may be awarded.
  • Premiums: Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid, ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour. These premiums can be based on specific circumstances such as:
    • Schedule
    • Facility
    • Season
    • Specific work performed
  • Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview:

As a Janitorial Associate, your primary responsibility is to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the entire Walmart Supercenter. This involves maintaining all areas of the store, including but not limited to:

• Parking lot
• Restrooms
• Sales floor
• Receiving area
• Break rooms

Your efforts directly contribute to creating a welcoming and hygienic atmosphere for both customers and associates.
