Proficiency in building and maintaining physical computer infrastructure.
• Demonstrated empathy and patience, particularly when collaborating with non-technical colleagues or mentoring teammates.
• The capacity to solve immediate technical problems while simultaneously designing and prioritizing systemic, long-term solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong understanding of both on-premises networking solutions and cloud provider networking technologies (e.g., VPCs, IPsec VPNs, Wireguard, IAM security policies).
• Ability to design comprehensive security policies and best practices, and effectively implement them in daily business operations.
Working knowledge of major cryptographic protocols and authentication schemes such as TLS, X.509, 802.1x, U2F, SAML, and WebAuthn.
• Practical experience utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, CI/CD pipelines, and modern cloud-native tooling (e.g., Terraform, Docker, Packer, Ansible, Cloud-Init, Git, Helm, GitLab CI).
