Job Description
This role involves working on the development of Microsoft 360, supporting IT automation including ServiceNow development, providing IT helpdesk support, and managing integrations.

Responsibilities:
• Microsoft 360 and IT Automation Development: Develop solutions for Microsoft 360 and support IT automation, specifically including ServiceNow development and IT helpdesk support, along with integrations.
• Requirements Gathering & Design: Gather business requirements, analyze existing processes, and provide conceptual and detailed design solutions to meet business needs.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Collaborate with the UI/UX design team to improve the user interface and user experience of enterprise applications.
• Integration Support: Assist in the development and testing of application integrations to ensure seamless functionality across various platforms.
• Feature Contribution: Contribute to the design and prototyping of new application features and enhancements.
• Quality Assurance: Document and report bugs and issues identified during testing phases, and work closely with developers to ensure their timely resolution.
• Project Management Support: Support various project management activities, including task tracking, documentation creation, and communication with stakeholders.
• Team Participation: Actively participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, daily stand-up calls, and design reviews, contributing ideas and insights.

Requirements:
• Education: Must be currently enrolled in a U.S. university, pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
• Software Development Fundamentals: Possess a strong understanding of software development principles and API integrations (e.g., SOAP, REST, XML, JSON, OAuth).
• Programming Proficiency: Proficient in Java, JavaScript, XSLT, or similar programming languages.
• ServiceNow & ITAM Experience: Experience with IT Software Asset Management (ITAM) within ServiceNow, including knowledge of end-to-end business flows and API-based system integrations.
• Methodologies & Tools: Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Waterfall), project management tools like Jira and Confluence, and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Collaboration & Independence: Ability to work independently while also effectively collaborating with cross-functional and global teams.
