Job Description: IT Student Worker

Job Title/Level: Student Worker
Department: IT
Employment Type: Part Time
Location: Onsite at Purdue for Life Foundation
Compensation: $13.00 per hour

Responsibilities:
The primary role of this position is to support the work of the PFLF Desktop team and provide miscellaneous project support for the broader IT team. Specific tasks may include:
Relocating desktop equipment for PFLF team members.
Aiding in equipment inventory projects.
Reviewing and assigning help desk tickets.
Troubleshooting and resolving help desk tickets.
Updating departmental procedure documentation and training materials.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated capacity for teamwork, creativity, and initiative.
Ability to use tact, sound judgment, diplomacy, maintain confidentiality, and exercise discretion.

Excellent customer service orientation.
Ability to work onsite for up to 15 hours a week.

Required Education, Experience, and Benefits Summary:
Current Purdue University Student required.
Pursuing a technology-related degree preferred.
