Information Technology Quality Assurance Intern | Arhaus

This is an internship at Arhaus for Fall 2026. Arhaus was founded on the principle that furniture and décor should be sustainably sourced, lovingly made, and built to last, partnering with artisans globally to create heirloom-quality pieces. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of the organization’s technology solutions. It offers hands-on experience in a real business environment, supporting the global IT QA team.
The TL;DR

• Team: Arhaus Global IT Quality Assurance (QA) team
• Mission: Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of technology solutions across the organization.
• Tech Stack: Jira, Azure DevOps
What You’ll Actually Do
• Test Case Management: Assist in creating, maintaining, and executing test cases for applications, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Defect Tracking: Participate in defect tracking and validation using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Test Environment Support: Support test data setup and environment validation activities for various systems.
• Reporting and Communication: Help document and communicate test results, issues, and observations to QA leads and developers.
• QA Methodology Application: Learn and apply QA methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific years of experience required for this role.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail with an interest in software quality and user experience, basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Bonus: Eagerness to learn in a collaborative IT environment and familiarity with testing concepts or tools (manual or automated).
