The Tone:
This is an internship at A Igreja de Jesus Cristo dos Santos dos Últimos Dias, located in Riverton, UT. The company operates one of the largest information technology centers in the Wasatch Front, building technology that furthers the mission of the Church and reflects the eternal impact of the gospel. This role matters as it provides hands-on experience supporting systems and delivering services to users at Church headquarters and millions worldwide, focusing on process improvement and exposure to product management.

• Team: IT Tools Portfolio and Operations teams within a global organization, partnering with practice owners for Change Enablement, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, and Configuration Management (CMDB).
• Mission: Support IT Service Management (ITSM) process improvement and gain hands-on experience across core ITIL practices within a global organization.
• Tech Stack: ServiceNow, Power BI

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Support IT Service Management (ITSM) process improvement, documentation, and governance.
• Assist: Assist with ServiceNow workflows, catalogs, and knowledge content development.
• Build: Build dashboards and analyze trends using ServiceNow and Power BI.
• Participate: Participate in automation and citizen development initiatives.
• Collaborate: Collaborate with engineers, managers, and various stakeholders on continuous improvement efforts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled or within one year of your graduation date from an accredited college or university, pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Skills: Possess strong analytical and communication skills, demonstrating a self-starter attitude with curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Religious Qualification: Must be a current temple-worthy member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
• Bonus: Interest in IT Service Management (ITSM); exposure to ServiceNow or Power BI is a plus.
