Job Description: IT Internship
Role Overview: The IT Intern will play a vital role in supporting Vidoori’s technology teams by assisting in various IT functions and projects. This internship provides hands-on experience with real-world IT challenges, enhancing both technical and problem-solving skills in a hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across software and hardware systems.
• Support the maintenance and updating of IT systems to ensure efficient functioning.
• Participate in the development and testing of new software applications and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects to achieve technology objectives.
• Implement solutions (under supervision) to enhance system security and data integrity.
• Document IT procedures and configurations for effective knowledge sharing.
• Provide technical support and training to users to optimize technology adoption.
Skills and Experience Required:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer networks, software development, and system administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in technology solutions.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with coding languages and IT support tools (a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and adapt to changing technological landscapes.
