About the Role:

We are seeking inquisitive, collaborative interns to join Pinterest’s IT team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building the next wave of internal collaboration and productivity capabilities. You will partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gain hands-on experience in how large-scale internal systems are architected, automated, and integrated. Expect to ship real configurations, services, and integrations that streamline how “Pinployees” work.

This internship offers meaningful projects, supportive teammates, and ample opportunities to explore ideas that will make a measurable impact on Pinterest and our Pinners.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage in a specific project within the Pinterest IT team, developing technical solutions for real-world use cases related to collaboration & productivity technology.
• Collaborate extensively across major SaaS platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, and other widely used software stacks, gaining exposure to tools leveraged by numerous tech companies and industries.
• Gain valuable experience in configuration management, architecture, integration, and systems analysis.
• Openly communicate new ideas and opinions, fostering professional and personal growth through continuous learning and development opportunities.
• Contribute to real projects alongside your team, making a tangible impact on Pinterest’s overall success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience or exposure to SaaS tools, engineering tools, and process mapping.
• A strong passion for collaborating with others on a team to progress projects.
• The ability to present your work effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Current enrollment in a school or education program, working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IS/MIS, or other engineering areas or a related technical field.
• Ability to obtain a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IS/MIS, or other engineering areas or a related technical field by June 2027.

  • May 18, 2026 – August 7, 2026
  • June 15, 2026 – September 4, 2026
• Compensation: The minimum and maximum salary for this position is $7,500 – $9,000 monthly.
• Location: This position is remote and open to US-based applicants only.
