Job Description (IT Intern – Fall 2025)

This opportunity is for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern to join the team for Fall 2025. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience at the intersection of technology and business operations, specifically supporting key initiatives around customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analytics. The intern will contribute to real projects aimed at driving insights, improving data quality, and supporting strategic decision-making within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the management and maintenance of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Mi, or similar).
Help with data entry, cleansing, validation, and enrichment efforts to ensure data accuracy and quality.
Support reporting and dashboard development using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to visualize and present data insights.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and implement improvements in data accuracy and system usability.
Support the writing of training scripts for system users and assist in the digestion and incorporation of feedback.
Document system processes, workflows, and data mapping as needed to maintain clear and current operational records.
Participate in meetings and actively help identify opportunities for process improvement within IT and business operations.

Qualifications:

Current undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Familiarity with CRM platforms; experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is considered a strong plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively tackle data and system challenges.
Proficiency in Excel is required; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in systems, data, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Possesses strong attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn new technologies and processes.

New York City (based on provided salary range)

Salary Range:
$21—$23 USD per hour
